The Snow Junkie's Bucket List

It's not all about where you've been, but also where you're going

As amazing as the story has been so far, there are so many opportunities that await. Here's but a taste of what is on the powder radar.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Having a blast on a sunny powder morning at the village, sick follow cam shots with the GoPro HD

Lake Tahoe, California

Huge storms brought tons of snow to Lake Tahoe this month. What do you do when you wake up to this much snow? Ski and ride it, of course! Visit http://www.skilaketahoe.com to plan your powder day!

Portillo, Chile

snow, ski, snowboard, slopes, ski portillo, portillo, hotel, andes, chile, santiago, snow in santiago, snow in chile, summer, summer snow, summer ski

Hokkaido, Japan

Two weeks skiing some of Hokkaido's lesser known powder zones, plus the obligatory Niseko sidecountry shred. Canon 70D + GoPro Hero 3 Black KI Theory 'Open Wound' (ODESZA remix) https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/kitty-hawk/id720881588

Alyeska, Alaska

This was perhaps the most epic powder day I've ever had... Not a blue bird day, but it was face shot after face shot of champagne powder. Extremely unusual for Alyeska given proximity to the water. Alyeska has the steepness to make getting through waist deep power all too easy.

Silverton, Colorado

Silverton Mountain offers a backcountry experience, with the relative safety of skiing a resort inbounds. The terrain is steep, deep, and full of fun stuff to play around on. You have probably stopped reading by now so cheers. MUSIC: My Silver Lining" by: First Aid Kit

Telluride, Colorado

Surfing the Suicide Chutes, filmed over the course of a beautiful bluebird day in late December. Metallica - I Disappear
