Buffalo Pass, Colorado

This was an awesome back country day with Steamboat Powdercats in the aspen glades on Buffalo Pass, near Steamboat, Colorado. These guides were awesome, and we got fresh tracks every run. Besides the pow, they spoil you with good food and a cold beer or two at the end of the day.

Imperial Bowl, Breckenridge, Colorado

Waist deep, Colorado champagne powder - the ultimate snow junkie dream. Literally surfing down the mountain unable to breath. One of the best runs I've ever taken. Might have been a little better if I'd had a snorkel....

Horseshoe Bowl, Breckenridge, Colorado

May or may not have ditched work to chase 12 inches of fresh at Breck. Couldn't have asked for a better day - fresh pow, shining sun and the famous Colorado blue sky. My rooster tail is bigger than yours.

The North Face, Crested Butte, Colorado

A four day trip. Three dry, warm days with crap conditions. That third night? Snowed 18 inches. We had to fight the whole town of Crested Butte to get good tracks. Made some friends waiting in line sharing sandwhiches. Good day.

Yellowstone Club, Montana

The only thing better than shredding a private ski area with two feet of fresh powder would be winning the lottery THEN getting to shred a private ski area with two feet of fresh powder. Justin Timberlake was there too.
